My avatar

Yes, this is my best stab at representing my RL body and style. Some avatars are surprised
at my age-appearance--and by my RL picture in my profile. We live in neither the RL nor the virtual, but in the
gap between. For me the virtual extends to art, writing, movies. I do enjoy my J-LOL avatar from time to time. She's the cool chick that I always liked to inhabit--like Dorothy, Charlotte, Alice, Nancy Drew, Scout. Now she's grown up.

ola Orlando,

i like your anti-avatar attitude- and thank you for Your interest!

well the parallel performance in World1 of human artefacts and in world 2 of emotions and fictions took place as a jam session, where one informed the other - referring to Katl Poppers World3...

if You like to read some of the theory stuff you could first check out the odyssee location secondlife://Odyssey/211/40/47 and then the www.ludic-society.net webpage... if you like, I could post some of the latest texts on world1/ 2 etc...

best greetings

Sevus Orlando,
The SL issue#4 presentation in RL was more a tiny one, Superfem Beebe heavily bombed them with media theory, what is important, `couse there was a lot things before SL which we should keep in mind.. The "old dogs" in the audience smiled -they remembered. Normaly we do "popcoded modular lectures" style.

I'm not sure where the performance was to be honest - it was at the epoetry Paris conf. Apparently we were really popular. Your image looks like you - is this a deliberate modeling? I assume so...

Glad to see you on board here - this is one of the best groups of people around. I was lucky to get associated with them.

Our Paris performance was apparently greeted with cheers!

love Alan
