- Maya Thor is my female avatar created in SL in 2007, when I logged in the first time.
I am architect and urban planner, resident in Rome, Italy. I have taught for 10 years at italian Architecture Faculties as Contract Professor: freehand sketching, 2D & 3D, traditional and digital ways. I am making a research in the field of 3D tools and 3D Virtual Worlds applied in project process and post project ... I explore the different uses and users of 3d immersive platforms. The aim of the research is to understand how these kind of tools and media are influencing the project process and how the needs of the users are influencing the development of these tools.
I am a user of SL and in free time I design building, installations, landscape and I make fashion outfit and accessories.
